*Monthly unlimiteds require an auto-pay each month with a credit card, with a 3 month minimum.
30 days notice from the next billing date is required to cancel.
*The new student special is for new students only, and must be purchased on the first visit (good for 30 days, no exceptions.)
**Students must have a valid student ID. Seniors must be 65 or older with a valid ID.

Policies

General Information

Cell phone use is not permitted in the studio. Please turn off cell phones once arriving.

Please make sure your car is locked, and you put your valuables in your trunk before arriving at the studio.

The Prancing Peacock provides cubbies to store personal belongings, however, we are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of personal items.

Sign Up/Reservation Information

Many of our classes do fill up, so it is important ot register online for a spot.

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the designated start time to ensure a spot in the class or in our workshops.

If you have not arrived 5 minutes before the start time of a class or workshop, the front desk will offer your spot to a patron on our wait list.

Cancellation Policy
The minimum late cancel time will be 24 hours before your reserved class.

Waitlist
If you try to register for a class and it is full, you may sign up on the waitlist. The system will add you to the class as space becomes available at least 24 hours before the start. If you are added and no longer want to attend, you must cancel your reservation.

Late Entry Policy
If you are late, we ask that you wait until the opening meditation is finished before you enter the class space. Late entry will only be allowed up to 10 minutes after class begins. Late entry is always at the discretion of the center.



Class Refund Policy
All classes, packs, and sessions are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Any class packs or monthlies not used within the assigned duration will be forfeited - no exceptions!

Workshop Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48 hours prior to the event and receive a credit on your Prancing Peacock account. Cancel 48 hours or less prior to the event and receive a credit on your Prancing Peacock account ONLY if your space can be filled. Should Prancing Peacock cancel the workshop or event for any reason, all fees will be refunded in full.

For workshop series, you must cancel 1 week before the start of the series to receive a credit on your Prancing Peacock account. Cancel 1 week or less, credit is only given if your spot can be filled. To ensure proper processing of your cancellation, please email katie@prancingpeacock.com or call 267.679.0791.

Gift Cards and Account Credits
Gift cards and account credits are good for 1 year from purchase date. No extensions.

Boutique Refund Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Store credit only. Certain rescrictions may apply.
