Personal Training and PNF
We are thrilled to be able to provide Personal Training and Assisted Stretching (PNF) sessions in the comfort of the studio with Kathy O'Brien!
Personal training enables you to achieve your goals by working with a certified
fitness expert in a one on one setting. Training at the Prancing Peacock would include a variety of modalities such as Yoga, Assisted stretching
(PNF), weight and strength training, circuit training,cardiovascular and nutritional advice. Depending on your goals and limitations, Kathy will put together a program that would be followed through during your sessions. The
advantages of one on one training are that the sessions are tailored specifically to your needs, there is constant spotting and feedback that is impossible to do in a group setting and your chances of achieving your goals are
dramatically increased.
One hour session: $75
Five one hour sessions: $350
