Beginners Yoga

This is an instructional class great for those new to yoga. It is also a nice place to revisit as a more advanced student to see your practice with new eyes. Learn meditation techniques, proper alignment, and how to coordinate your breath and movement. This class includes instruction in sun salutations. Gentle Yoga

One of our most popular classes, gentle yoga, is good for beginners, students wishing a slower paced class, and anyone with a medical issue that may preclude them from taking a mixed level class. We begin with a relaxing meditation, and move through poses designed to warm up your body and increase flexibility and strength, while honoring any issues you may be experiencing. Restorative Yoga

Join Gisèle, who believes in the power of restorative yoga as a great way to cultivate some inner stillness; stillness of thought, stillness of body and deep relaxation.

Restorative Yoga is a transformative practice accessible for "every body". The props are used to fully support the body in various restful postures. Renew your body, mind and soul by giving yourself permission to do less instead of more.

Intermediate Yoga

One of our signature clases at the studio. Step it up to the next level and enjoy a fun, challenging class. The music is funky and the practice is intense. You will leave sweaty and tired, but with a deep satisfaction of every muscle used, and a very clear mind. This is for students familiar with vinyasa flow. More advanced postures and a faster pace set the tone for this invigorating practice. Shiva Rea's Prana vinyasa flow sequences are taught, including Dancing warrior 1008. Yoga for Lunch

Yoga for Lunch is an invigorating way to restore energy, calm your mind, decrease your appetite, and eliminate those afternoon "blahs." Qualified Prancing Peacock Instructors (in training) teach these lower priced classes. These classes follow the same format as our mixed level classes. We established these classes as as a way to make yoga available to students of all economic levels.

Yoga Ballet Fusion
